Basic Rules
Simply, illustrate a picture in just 7 days using three prompts from a provided list.
A shortlist will then be drawn up by our carefully selected judging panel of illustrators and artists from around the world and then an industry-acclaimed artist will whittle down that shortlist down to the winner(s).

If you include a Blue-Footed Booby in your illustration, it will automatically be inducted into the Booby Hall of Fame and have a chance to win a booby soft toy!
Why Prompt-Based Illustration?
We wanted to be unique and offer a site-wide poetry, flash fiction and illustration prize based on the same suggestions. Whilst getting those prompts does narrow down your options of where to go, they are normally so unusual it often opens up the creative areas of the brain!
